Last Bit of Spring Break

Yep, tomorrow is the last day of Spring Break and so far I am not really having much of a break. I found out my grades were Biology B-, PE A, Math A- and First Aid A which gave me a 3.40 GPA; which then lowered my total GPA. The only reason why this Spring Break has been kind of blah is because all I have been doing is either driving around or playing Dragon Age: Origins. My grandmother had to get the rest of her toes amputated as well. I was able to hang out with a friend so that was a plus and my brother spent the night. I will also probably find out if I get more hours at work on Saturday, my only thought about why I haven't found out yet is either because the schedule isn't made up or my boss wanted me to enjoy my week off school. Anyway, time to make up my own schedule for working out.

Well if anything I emailed my Biology teacher about my test and he said I got a B- on it. I am happy to hear that because it means I passed the class. I get to know what my grades are after Tuesday.

Today I went to the scholarship workshop and learned a few things. I need to be revising my essay and working on getting back up recommendation letters. I just hope that I get extra days at work for the time being. I am ready for more hours and I have gotten used to the idea of finishing off the AA first. I am about to make me some tea and have some fun spending time with my brother.

Early Spring Break

Today was my last and only final. I feel that I did my best and my best sucked! I know I totally bombed it and that bothers me, I studied and wrote great notes on everything. I just can't keep up with some of the things that weren't discussed in or out of class. I am going on a lazy sprint for the week because Spring Break doesn't actually start till next Monday but because I only had to be in today I am free. My bosses are thinking of ways to get me more hours at work so I will have some money coming in to keep us stable. So back to my laziness hehe.

Last day of Instruction

Today was the last day of Winter quarter. I just had to turn in a paper for PE and a test for Math. It was a slow day otherwise. Next week is Finals week and so I will only have 1 final on Monday. I am excited to see my grades even though I am sure that I probably will have a C for Biology. It will be my first C and I am sad about it but the class was hard.

In other news my Mother and Brother have moved to Washington and I am very excited about that. My Father and Sister will come this Summer. Time to relax and enjoy!

Just bought my Spring books and am SO stressed. I am happy that I got them for about a third of what I would have paid for but I absolutely have no money. The stuff I was worried about before was nothing, I might actually have to take time off school because I can't afford to live. Sounds harsh but my phone bill went up and I can't afford anything other than my part of rent, insurance and my half of the car payment. I still have a credit card payment, power bill, phone bill, Internet bill. I am really depressed and mad at how this year is starting but I am still happy that my family will be moving out to live here. The only helpful thing I can think of to make ends meet, maybe, is by having my fiancee leave school for a bit or both of us stop for a while. UGH this sucks!

Snow is just about melted away and school is trying to get back what was missed. Wednesday my Biology was canceled so I am not sure what is going to go on there. Math is surprisingly going ok. PE is about the same as usual, just show up and do the workout and done. I am getting stronger though so I am very pleased about that. Next week we have to go to a gym and do a workout there for a paper, I need to find a place that offers a free day pass or something. I may be able to start up P90X after this quarter is done. Just need the equipment for it.

Last night I realized something that is currently bothering the heck out of me. I may not be able to afford the Dental Assisting program with just a part time job, that doesn't even cover all of my bills. I may have to put the program on hold and finish off the AA. I don't want it to be that way but I am so unsure of things right now. My paycheck is barely covering the important bills. I may get more hours after this quarter but I still need to pay quite a bit of stuff. I still have a few months to decide if I need to put things on hold. If anything I am trying to fill out scholarship papers to see if I qualify for anything.

I got all my financial aid papers settled and now I am just waiting for it to be processed and find out what I will be getting for next school year. Hopefully I get a little over the current amount. We shall see I guess.

Oh I am so very excited because it is only a few more days before my Mom and Brother try to fly out here and start their lives up. I am anxious because I have not seen my Brother in so long. I am just hoping that they get a straight shot here and aren't laid over somewhere. Anyway back to Math studying.
