Mini Summer Vacation

The Fiancee and I went on a 1 night, 1 day trip to Long Beach Washington. It was a 2 hour drive. We left right after I got off work Saturday night at 10. I unknowingly drank an energy drink much like Redline where you are told to drink half to know your tolerance and I drank it all. So the trip was rather interesting. It was completely dark for just about all of the way. When we got there we pulled up to a long road that was heading towards the beach, parked, set up for bed and slept till morning. We woke up around daylight because there was no way of completely avoiding light in a vehicle. Looked out the window and saw that we were right on the water. We spent the day walking around and looking at all the little shops. Saw Jake the Alligator Man, dumb. I wanted a souvenir but couldn't find anything good under a set price I was willing to pay for. We ate at Lost Roos for lunch, and it was awesome! Left Long Beach around 6pm and made it home around close to 9ish.

I had a lot of fun and would love to do it again!

Start of Summer Vacation

I am finally on a Summer vacation. Classes were tough but easy at the same time. I am not sure if I want to do evening classes again, that was just a bummer. I know that grades come out on Tuesday so I am expecting some alright results. It would be awesome if I got an A in Nutrition, it would put my GPA up and make me feel better. Math 94 is pre-college stuff so it doesn't really count towards anything but getting into Math 98. I am excited about Fall Quarter but also very unsure.

I have a feeling that I am going to be spending my Summer looking for a new job, playing on the xbox and watching Anime. Ahh the life that is mine.

Well crap...

Things are not going so great at work. The only boss I have had so far that was awesome was let go Wednesday and no one knows why. We are stuck with someone who doesn't know anything and just about all of us are jumping ship. I am not sure what will happen with my job but I know with my Manager gone and just about everyone under him walking, I sure as hell ain't sinking with the ship. I have something planned but that is still in the air.

I have one more week of school left of Summer Quarter and I am somewhat glad to be done. I like Nutrition class but not my Math class, the teacher is cool just the subject is poopy. I have planned my Fall Quarter and it is going to be a ride. Astronomy 100, Sociology 101, Japanese 221 and Aerobic Kickboxing. I somehow ended up telling a person about my schedule and they signed up for it. Granted I don't mind people doing their own thing. But this person doesn't even have to say anything to piss me off. I really do need this Kickboxing class.

I had a very good weekend, and a pleasant Monday. I had a wedding to go to on Sunday and it was beautiful. My friend/English teacher was the groom. I was 1 of 3 students who where invited and I was the only one to show up. I felt bad that it was only me but he told me that I was the only one that kinda mattered to him that showed up. That statement made me very happy and curious at the same time, and the nosy person that I am needed to know why but I withheld a bit. The bride was beautiful even though I have only met her once. And even though it sprinkled just a bit during the vows I thought it was very sweet.

Today, I got to spend time with my Sister. We went an saw Harry Potter part 2, I have to say that I am still kind of unsatisfied with the ending of the series. After the movie I had to go straight to school, and what do you know the class was canceled. Very happy day indeed!

So today wasn't that bad of a day, to say the least. I went to work around 7:30 this morning till 2. After work I went to my bank to see if I could open a sub-savings account, which I did and named it School Fund. I am going to have it as a no touch savings except for what I am saving the money for; like a new computer or bed. Afterwards I went to go to the Unemployment building to find out why I received a deposit from them when I have not claimed since January 15th. Come to find out that it was the money withheld from that week and got it because I won my appeal.

I had class after all my errands were done and because we only watched a movie I ended up taking a small nap. But so far in the school front I am averaging pretty good grades thus far, minus a few bumps in the road here and there. Love that I can make up points from a test in Math class. And how Nutrition class' teacher grades on a curb. Joys of Summer quarter.

Long time no see...

I haven't been updating much but I am going to try again.

Lately I have just been working and going to Summer Quarter. Other than that I have made a few friends at work and hung out with them. Few I have learned I can not stand being around them others are just cool. I learnt something this week that no one has ever even heard of. But as it is said 'too much of a good thing is bad'. Ugh, I have been emotionally challenged these past few months. Things of which should never be remembered but knowing me I will always remember. If anything there are now 2 official days in the year 2011 that will haunt me for the rest of my life. May 5th and June 15. All I have to say for the 15th is that I am sorry, no regret just sorry.

Anyway, I have been playing Dragon Age 2 and I am not enjoying it as much as Origins. Either way back to gaming.
