Snow Day

Yes, there was a snow day today. Not so much Yay but more like Crap! I have decided to drop my English class seeing as how I am so behind. And there is no way I will catch up. Still failing on the note taking in Math but I really don't need it till the beginning of February. I was supposed to finish my last project for Ceramics today but that's obviously a no-go.

I have been good about cutting out soda for the past weeks but recently with the new owners at work I have had to resort to drinking a bit to de-stress. I am still very upset that they basically got rid of everyone. Oh, I am still working but they laid everyone else off. I am quite torn between losing all my friends at work or happy I still have money coming in. With the minimum wage up to $9.04 I basically got a 21¢ raise. Treated myself to a bit of online retail therapy at Victoria's Secret. But with plans today, I realized I should have just bought a new vacuum cleaner.

So, I currently am ahead of my Math class like planned but ended up behind in my English class. I am not liking this presentation stuff for English. I will work on it tomorrow though, see procrastination at it's best! I will have my Math done by tomorrow night hopefully and start up on the next thing. I have to remember to make notes if possible. I am excited to see if my Ceramics project is still in tact. Hopefully she is because I still need to put on a few things.

On other news, I am currently trying to work out a good "diet" per say. I am cutting out a lot of stuff I shouldn't eat or drink, waiting on the New Years rush to die at the gym, I am already feeling better I guess. Totally up in the air.

Winter Quarter Week 1

Wow it is already that time for school, today I finished my second day of classes. It wasn't horrible because I only had 1 class at the college today. Tonight I will start working on getting ahead in Math. So far nothing is due for another couple of days but I can already see this quarter turning into something a bit rough. Mainly the fact that there is a stupid presentation in English. You write not present stuff. I think that Ceramics is going to be harder than I thought it was going to be, but I'll survive. The clay itself was really heavy, still need the kit too.

I've been working 80 hours at the gasless gas station and no hours babysitting. I miss that little girl. I have also been debating on visiting Guam with my Grandpa. Money is a big issue right now but I think it would be really good for us. And would help me in the grieving process because I haven't fully accepted my Grandma's passing. Dunno, we'll just have to wait and see now wont we.

Winter Break

It's been a long while, my bad. Fall Quarter ended a bit ago, I have just been real busy with 2 jobs. I checked my grades and got an A-, 2 B's, and a C. Not what I had hoped for but good enough. I also went on a trip to Leavenworth for the 3rd year in a row. Not as much snow as we wanted but we still had fun. We went snowmobiling and had some good meals. So far I am trying to enjoy my time off school, but I still worry about a lot of things. I am also worried about work, but am currently set for 88 hours this pay period; unless we hire someone. I haven't ate yet today so I will go and eat something. Goodnight.
